It has now become the official voting app for Music Bank, meaning fans will use Fancast to cast their votes for Music Bank’s weekly chart and award categories.

📲 FANCAST Voting Overview

FANCAST is an interactive fandom platform where K-pop fans can vote, complete missions, and engage in community activities. It is now the official voting app for KBS Music Bank, meaning all pre-votes for Music Bank’s weekly chart and awards are conducted through FANCAST.

💞 Voting Currencies

Two types of currencies are used in FANCAST:
💙 Blue Hearts — Free currency (earned through ads & missions)
💛 Gold Hearts — Paid currency (used mainly for award voting)

💙 How to Earn Blue Hearts

1️⃣ Daily Attendance

Earn Blue Hearts just by checking in daily!
Tap the pop-up or go to Profile → Daily Check-In.

Every 1 Day - 10 Blue Hearts
7th Attendance - 100 Blue Hearts
15th Attendance - 200 Blue Hearts
Full Month - 500 Blue Hearts

🔹 Cumulative attendance resets on the 1st day of each month.
🔹 Rewards expire 30 days after the payout date (00:00 KST).
➡️ Maximum total possible: 810 Blue Hearts per month (cumulative)

2️⃣ Watching Video Ads

Earn 20 Blue Hearts per ad.
Each video ad button allows up to 20 views per day, for a total of 60 views daily.
The daily limit resets at 00:00 KST.
Blue Hearts from ads expire 30 days after being credited.
(Example: Earned Jan 1 → Expires Jan 31 at 00:00 KST)

2️⃣ Participating in Free Charging Station Missions

Go to: Store → Free Charging → Participate and Get Hearts → Charging Station

Voting Period: Sunday 15:00 KST → Wednesday 11:00 KST
Live Voting: ❌ No live voting
Cost per Vote: 50 Yellow Hearts or 50 Blue Hearts
Limit: Unlimited daily votes
After 500 votes, a 10-minute cooldown applies before voting resumes.

GETTING STARTED: CREATING AN ACCOUNT

WHAT IS FANCAST?

Fancast is a fandom-focused entertainment platform designed for K-pop fans to actively participate in voting, engage with global fan communities, and access interactive features. It has now become the official voting app for Music Bank, meaning fans will use Fancast to cast their votes for Music Bank’s weekly chart and award categories.

1. Sign up or Login to an existing Fancast account.

2. Accept all terms and conditions, click Next.

3. Enter your nickname and click next.

4. Search Stray Kids and click their profile picture.

5. Click on each members picture to follow all 8.

6. Click Next to continue.

7. Set your preferred language for the app.

8. Enter your birth date or skip to complete signup.

9. Close the pop-ups to see the homepage.

10. In the middle of the screen you will see the icon for Attendance. Click Daily Check-In to complete your attendance. You will receive blue hearts based on how many consecutive days you have checked into the app. Reset is at 00:00 KST.

Currency and Collection

1. From the homepage you can access heart collection from the Store icon or by clicking the Free Top-up icon.

2. In the Store you will see 4 tabs at the top of the screen:

Free
Complete missions, spin the roulette wheel, watch videos (10 min. cooldown between ads) and play games for various amounts of blue hearts.
To watch ads you will need to set a Pin Number.
Blue Hearts earned from video ads expire 30 days after collection!
Resets at: 00:00 KST
Blue Hearts earned from Missions expire 60 days after collection.

Hearts
Purchase different amounts of gold hearts.

Package
Limited time monthly packages and bonus packages of gold and silver hearts, some packages include gold and silver tickets.

Trade
Trade gold, blue and silver hearts for gold and silver tickets that are used for certain events.

Collection Tips for Multiple Accounts

1. Click the My Page icon at the bottom of the screen and then click on the blue hearts icon in the middle of the screen.

2. On the Hearts screen you’ll see all hearts you’ve acquired, what expires in the next 10 days, the amounts and ways you’ve acquired hearts and the ‘Give Hearts’ option.

3. This can work with Gold or Blue hearts, so be sure to highlight the type you want to send first. Then enter the Nickname of the account you want to send the hearts to along with the amount and click Next at the bottom of the screen to confirm and send the gift.

Poll Voting

1. Click the Vote icon at the bottom of the screen to view.

2. On each poll you will see the days remaining on the vote and the amount of each currency that it costs to cast your votes.

3. Scroll down to find the artist you want to vote on and click information for winner rewards and vote information.

4. Pick the type of currency you want to vote with and enter the amount, then click Vote to receive your voting certificate.

Music Bank and fans’ stage pick Voting

1. Pre-Voting for Music Bank starts every Sunday 15:00 to Wednesday 11:00 KST. 1st place receives 2,000 points for winning. 2nd place and below are scored proportionally based on the number of votes relative to 1st place. So 1st place with a BIG gap is always the goal.

2. Enter the type and amount of votes you want to use, you can also choose Max for the app to calculate the maximum vote for either type of currency. Click VOTE to cast your vote and receive your voting certificate.

You can view all certificates under the icon at the top right hand side of the screen.

3. Fan’s Stage Pick is a separate vote that is 100% fan voted and the winner receives a trophy during the live broadcast.

4. 50 💛/ 💙= 1 vote Can vote up to 500 times per session before a 10 minute cooldown. Voting quota resets at 00:00 KST.
