Stray Kids (Korean: 스트레이 키즈; often abbreviated as SKZ) are a South Korean boy band formed by JYP Entertainment through the 2017 reality show of the same name.
The group is composed of eight members: Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N.
During the survival show they were just known as "Boys Project Team", unlike most K-pop groups their group's name "Stray Kids" was not defined by JYPE but by the member's themselves with the leader Bang Chan creating the first ever logo for the group.
Stray Kids official debut Anniversary is March 25th, 2018, and they are a self producing idol group meaning that members are involved in all aspects of their discography and it's production mainly by their in house production team 3RACHA.
Stray Kids do not have fixed positions in the group, they can all float from one position to the next with ease and have mastered all areas as idols but they do have positions where they each excel and their subunits play a huge role in the areas they are involved in as a self produced idol group such as DanceRacha helping choreograph their performances.
On August 1st 2018, Stray Kids named their beloved fandom, we are STAY, we are the reason why and where Stray Kids can stay, hence the slogan : "You make Stray Kids STAY".
